Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal, company checks, personal checks and money orders. Call Customer Service at 1-888-281-9337. Sorry, no COD's. *Note: Before your order is processed, Pay Pal orders take 2 days to clear. Company and personal checks take 7 days to clear.

We will accept Purchase Orders from government agencies and non-profit learning institutions such as Colleges, Universities and local School Districts. The order must be an official Purchase Order issued by the purchasing department. The order may be sent to us by fax, e-mail or regular mail. Payment terms will be Net 30 Days from Date of Invoice.

Payment Terms (International Orders)

For international orders we accept only international money orders or wire transfers.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Domestic Shipments
Domestic orders for delivery within the United States are normally shipped via FedEx ground freight when possible. Minimum charge for shipping/handling is $7.50. Due to the bulky nature of many of our items they must be shipped via common carrier trucking. Please note that on these large items you will need to have someone available to unload the material when it arrives via common carrier trucking. The carrier is not responsible for unloading. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order entry and added as a separate item for shipments within the 48 contiguous states. To see actual freight charges for your order proceed to "Checkout". Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges; if so, we will contact you to confirm these charges before processing your order.

Canadian Shipments
For most items our website will not accurately calculate shipping charges for orders sent to Canada. Canadian customers will be contacted to confirm shipping and duty charges before processing your order.

International Shipments
On International Shipments please contact us for a freight quotation prior to placing your order.

Delivery

To offer the lowest possible prices, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery for most items. During peak seasons some items might take longer. Also, some larger items require a longer delivery time. If faster delivery is desired please contact our customer service department. We can arrange expedited delivery via Air Freight for an additional charge.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Title to all goods pass to the buyer upon receipt of shipment by the buyer or buyer's agent. As such, we strongly advise that the buyer carefully inspect all boxes, crates, etc. and notate any damage on the bill of lading before signing for your shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the number of units (boxes, pallets, etc.) indicated on the bill of lading and what is actually received, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.

It is the buyer's responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier if the carrier fails to deliver the goods complete and in good condition. Buyers that refuse a shipment without first contacting IGC customer service may be subject to additional charges for reshipping the order. We understand that the freight claim process can be confusing so we are more than happy to furnish advice in filing claims upon the buyer's request.

Sales Tax

Domestic Orders
Unless a valid resale certificate is provided, sales tax will be added on all orders shipped to customers in Illinois, Indiana, California and Washington State.

Canadian Orders
IGC is not registered to collect and report Canadian taxes. Therefore, Canadian customers ordering from our company assume responsibility for paying all PST and GST taxes associated with their purchase upon delivery of their order. By purchasing from IGC, Canadian customers explicitly authorize IGC to charge the credit card provided with their order to collect any taxes or duty not paid by the customer.
