Strength: All Garden Grower Hobby Greenhouses are engineered to meet 70 mph wind and 10 pound live load per the UBC Building Code. Even higher load ratings are available at extra cost.
Reliability: Precision engineered greenhouse heating, cooling & irrigation systems are available which require no electrical power. Don't lose your valuable plants during a power outage!
Quality: An all galvanized steel frame insures maximum strength and life. Lexan twin-wall polycarbonate covering is UV resistant and carries a 10 year warranty against discoloration. This hobby greenhouse kit uses the same components as utilized in our commercial greenhouse structures.

Permits - Smaller hobby style greenhouses (under 120 square feet) typically do not require building permits. Check with your local building department to determine if permits, if any, are required. Only your local building department can tell you for sure. This is normally an agency within the city or county government. Call them and let them know the size and type of structure you are planning on building.
