As an authorized Modine dealer, International Greenhouse Company can provide a complete line of OEM parts for any model Modine heater. Please note that product and pricing information is not available on our website due to the thousands of part combinations across the Modine product line.

To save time and ensure accuracy, please obtain the following information before contacting IGC:

• Modine heater model #
• Modine heater serial #
• Modine heater control code
• Modine heater power code
• Modine part number (if known) and/or description of part

All of this information can be found on the back of your Modine heater as displayed in the example below.  Please note the more details you can provide, the faster we can respond to your parts request.



Parts ship directly from the manufacturer and can usually be sent via UPS.  Expedited delivery services are available upon request.

Parts replaced under Warranty:

If your heater is still under warranty, Modine will provide replacement parts at no charge upon inspection of the defective part in question.  Here is how the process works:

1. Obtain information as instructed above and contact IGC customer service.
2. You will be billed for the replacement part and receive instructions for shipping the defective part back to Modine.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the defective part, Modine will issue a credit back to IGC for the value of the replacement part shipped earlier.
4. IGC will process credit to customer upon receipt of Modine’s credit.
